Ysaura Rivera

Ysaura Rivera is an undergraduate Chemistry student at the University of Calgary. She joined Dr. Shimizu’s research group in 2026, where she conducts undergraduate research. She is interested in sustainable materials and their potential applications in carbon capture and addressing environmental challenges. Outside the lab, Ysaura enjoys painting and photographing everyday moments.
